Update From Executive Director Michele Eventoff
Is Your Business Home-Based? If it is, you're certainly not alone. Throughout the country, the numbers of home-based businesses keeps increasing. Advances in technology now enable people to work from their homes in industries where it would not have been possible in previous generations. And while working from home certainly has advantages, it also presents some challenges. We have many members whose businesses are home-based and, because we recognized that they have some specific needs, we developed some special services for them. They enjoy the same benefits that all of our members do, but they also have meetings with their peers where they address topics of particular interest to them. They network with each other, learn, grow and support each other, all within the Chamber of Commerce.
